Walking to the train station I saw this icicle formed on a concrete wall. I really saw it yesterday and it was dripping water but I didn't have my camera with me at the time and then when I tried to catch it today but it is below freezing here so dripping water. They are predicting 1-3 inches of snow. BRRRRR.
