Today's picture deserves an explanation. I had hip replacement surgery on December 28, 2016 and there were complications and setbacks due to some physical anamalies. This has required me to do land and water PT as well as dry needling and now endermotherapy. This picture was taken this morning at one of my last dry needling appointments. Yes, that is a needle going into my groin. I am surprised I even got this clear of a picture as I was trying to take the picture and not flinch at the same time. Amelia has been fantastic but I am glad to be finishing up with this part of my therapy.
