July 16, 2015

Four years ago our friends Laura and Carol came for a visit and we all went to Harper's Ferry but I was in a boot from a recent foot surgery so Laura and Arthur made the trek up to the rock while Carol and I hung out down at the bottom.  Today was the day I finally made the hike up to the rock.  I am glad I finally got to see it.  We went for a quick visit but I got a few pictures to share here.

Before we went Arthur picked the first of the cherry tomatoes from his garden.  Isn't it cute?

We ended the day by having an ice cream cone to celebrate National Ice Cream Day.  Salted Caramel with Toffee....yum!
