P52 - week 2
This weekend I had the pleasure of working the Rustic European Breads at Home class at the Kitchen Studio in Frederick, Maryland. Chef Caroline taught the class and it always fun to watch her work so I asked her to roll dough with both hands so the students could see it. I caught her mid action and I thought I would share it as part of my P52. If you are in the area check out the classes at The Kitchen Studio they are a whole of fun.
