Scavenger Hunt Sunday

After months of computer problems it is so exciting to be able to play again in some of the photo challenges that I enjoyed before.  The first one up is Scavenger Hunt Sunday hosted by Ashley Sisk over on her blog Ramblings and Photos.  Without further delay here are this weeks prompts.

1.  Paint

One of the great things about where I live is the Community Bridge.  William Cochran painted it in the trompe l'oeil technique and here is one of the details.  The whole bridge is fantastic.
2.  Green

I originally thought I would take something outside for this prompt but when I was at my local quilt shop yesterday this line of green fabrics caught my eye.

3.  Eyelashes

For this one I went into my archives because I thought this shot of one of the models from Photoshop World in Washington, DC was very appropriate.  I am not sure how she worked with these lashes all day but she was fun to try to photograph.

4.  Shapes

Of course when I saw this prompt I thought of squares, rectangles and triangles but then I looked out my kitchen window and saw clumps of mushrooms and thought they would be fun to shoot.
5.  Clouds

Nothing too exciting here.  I was hoping for some dramatic clouds this week but they seem to only happen while I was working so I just went with some regular clouds.

Please be sure to check out all the other participants.
