P52 - week 1

As I blogged about the other day my word for 2012 is Knowledge.  Two of the things that I want to do in 2012 is learn more about photography to take better pictures and to make homemade bread without a bread machine.  One way to improve my photography is to participate in a P52, a photo a week for 52 weeks.  Darcy over at Life With My 3 Boybarians is hosting a linky party weekly to help encourage people to continue their P52 and this week, the first week's theme is Resolution.  Here is my photo that shows my first attempt at making bread.  It is a No Knead Bread that is a very rustic bread.  It was yummy.

  3. ahhhh...the food of the gods. LOL. :) homemade bread is a great resolution and such a gratifying endeavor. :) i highly recommend 'Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day' for it's easy to follow directions and simple process. i also recommend Peter Rheinhart's 'The Bread Bakers Apprentice' for the pure love of the process of making bread. :) good luck and i look forward to seeing you on Project 52. :)
