In the foreground is the U.S. Dept of Education Secretary Arne Duncan and in the background is U.S. Dept of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood. Unfortunately, I had a bunch of people standing in front of me so this was the best shot I could get. Secretary LaHood came to the Dept of Education to join Secretary Duncan as part of the Let's Read, Let's Move program.
