October 1, 2009 was my first visit to Fenway Park. It was fun to be in such a historic ballpark. Arthur, my husband, found out that if you go to fan services and tell them you are a first time visitor you get a fan pack so we all headed over there where I got a bag of dirt from the field, a coupon for a picture (thanks Arthur, Amy and Tracy for joining me in my picture), stickers and players cards. It was a great night made even better my the Red Sox beating Cleveland 3 -0. I only wish Tek had caught the game as I believe this will be his last season with the Sox. I hope he retires with the Sox and doesn't try to go to another team. It would be great to see him retire from the only team he ever played for with his head held high.
Sigh.
