So I am sure you are looking at this and thinking wow it is only day 2 and she is already resorting to feet pictures, great, this is going to be one fun 365 project. However, these 2 pictures really summarize my day today. Started off the morning at the podiatrist's office as my feet have been burning for so long and they are getting worse. Now the top photo is my new day gear, air casts for both feet to wear with my shoes and the bottom photo is my night geat also known as Dorsal night splints to wear overnight. After only one day I am starting to feel like a robot but I am willing to give this a try and see if I walk pain-free again.
